Atte is a professor in food safety and an advisor in the company.

Special research interests include food and feed toxicology, feed additives, animal and human probiotics, food contact materials and food hygiene. Safety assessment of microbiological feed additives and enzymes and the associated EU legislation is an essential part of my expertise.

Noora Rinkinen

Masters student in Clinical Nutrition with a strong interest in new food related innovations.

I’m a masters student in Clinical Nutrition with a strong interest in new food related innovations. I did my bachelor’s thesis about 3D-printing food which was a really interesting and new field in food technology. I have always been really interested in innovations and want to work in innovative environment in the future. Right now I'm doing my master's thesis regarding vegan frozen blackcurrant product development and consumer research. I also study marketing and management as minor.

I command excellent teamwork and communication skills acquired from my experience in student association and working as a tutor. I also have excellent problem solving skills and can evaluate problems from many different perspectives. I'm always ready to learn something new and find new ways to do things!

It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
