We share similar values, namely that Probitat should be a completely transparent and honest company by always showing clear claims to the consumers. We are totally against misleading “snake oil” marketing, and you will see the difference.
PhD in food microbiology and the developer the idea and the products.
Special research interests include food and feed toxicology, feed additives, animal and human probiotics, food contact materials and food hygiene. Safety assessment of microbiological feed additives and enzymes and the associated EU legislation is an essential part of my expertise.
I’m a Food Engineer with a strong interest in new food related innovations. I did my bachelor’s thesis about the use of Lactobacillus plantarum as a prebiotic bacteria in quinoa ice cream, which was a really interesting and new field in food technology. I have always been really interested in innovations and want to work in innovative environments.
I command excellent teamwork and communication skills acquired from my experience as president in college science clubs. I also have excellent problem solving skills and can evaluate problems from many different perspectives. I'm always ready to learn something new and find new ways to do things!
